Comments:
The subject of this request for proposals is to conduct a technical examination of the engineering networks of the premises located at PJSC VimpelCom on lease, located at the address: Republic of Tyva, Kyzyl, Kochetova str., 1. with the subsequent elimination of the identified malfunctions.
All requirements for the work are specified in the contract template, the TOR and its annexes.
The contract is attached solely for review. The right to sign will be granted to the winner.

To submit an offer, you must attach the following documents:
1. Completed commercial offer template.
2. Participant's questionnaire (Appendix 1);
3. Completed template of the Declaration of Conformity (Appendix 2);
4. Completed Letter of guarantee template (Appendix 3);
5. Certificate from the tax inspectorate (in the form of CND 1120101);
6. Explanatory note on the possibility of fulfilling contractual obligations when the number of employees is less than 5 people.

Prices and rates must be indicated in rubles without VAT.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
