Payment terms:

Comments: the participant request for proposals may be any legal entity or natural person, including an individual entrepreneur, is the subject of small and medium-sized businesses. To claim victory in this request for proposals, the participant shall:
• have the legal capacity to enter into and perform the contract (i.e., conform to the requirements established in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation to persons engaged in delivery of goods, works, provision of services which are the subject of trades), the individual should possess full legal capacity to enter into and perform the contract;
• not be in the process of liquidation; should not have entered into legal force of the decision of the Court of arbitration on the recognition of the Party requesting proposals bankrupt and on the opening of bankruptcy proceedings; on the property of the participant request for proposals in part essential to performance of the contract should not be seized; economic activity of the participant request for proposals should not be suspended (for legal persons, individual entrepreneurs);
• not be included in the register of unscrupulous vendors, which is in accordance with the Federal law of 18/07/2011 No. 223-FZ "on procurement of goods, works and services certain types of legal entities or in the register of unscrupulous suppliers who conducted in accordance with federal law No. 44 05.04.2013-FZ "on the contract system in the area of procurement of goods, works and services for public and community needs;
• have the necessary professional knowledge and skills, managerial competence and have all the necessary resource capacity (financial, logistic, production, labour);
• the participant must not have unpaid taxes, fees and other mandatory payments to the budgets of any level or State non-budgetary funds for the previous reporting period;
• a participant must not have a negative experience with PJSC Mrsk of Volga "and it subsidiaries, entered into force confirmed judicial decisions over the last two years before the end of the filing.

To participate in the request for proposals should timely apply, prepared in accordance with the requirements of the composition of applications and their order of registration set forth in the RFP documentation.
The application must be filed in the following order: posted on the electronic trading platform www.b2b-mrsk.ru in accordance with the rules and regulations of its functioning till 12-00 (Moscow time), 04.04.2018. in the electronic document format, which includes a full set of documents requested in the RFP documentation.
Enrollment is not permitted for individual positions or part amount for any of the positions of the total work.
Validity of bids Participants must be at least 90 days from the end of the filing parties.
In accordance with ch. 1 and ch. 2 art. 2 of the Federal law of the Russian Federation from 18.07.2011 # 223-FZ "on procurement of goods, works and services certain kinds of legal persons, the purchase of outdoor request for proposals is carried out according to Standard procurement PJSC Rosseti, in accordance with part 4 of art. 447 of the Civil Code of the RUSSIAN FEDERATION open request for proposals is not an auction and not regulated by art. 447-449 CIVIL CODE. This procedure is also not public competition and is not governed by the articles of part two 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Purchasing Commission provides an opportunity for participants to voluntarily and openly raise their preference for applications by reducing the original (as specified in the request) prices (peretorzhka).
Information on the results of the request for proposals will be published in a single procurement information system www.zakupki.gov.ru, the electronic trading platform of the www.b2b-mrsk.ru in accordance with the rules and regulations of their functioning and on the website Society www.mrsk-volgi.ru in the section "purchases".
Procurement Commission determines the winner of the request for proposals, as a party to the request for proposals, the application which won first place in the ranking of applications according to the degree of preference for the customer.
According to the results of the request for proposals, the contract between the customer and Winner of the request for proposals should be made no earlier than 10 days but not later than 20 working days after the debriefing request for proposals.
