Comments: 1. More detailed information is set out in the terms of reference.
2. With a commercial proposal must be sent:
1. Completed proposal card and its annexes;
2. Detailed calculation of the cost of work;
3. Scan copies of the Contractor’s documentation in accordance with the attached list;
4. Reference list about the experience of similar work, reviews, recommendations.
5. The protocol of disagreements to the contract of the Customer, if any.
6. Criteria for choosing the best offer: availability of necessary documents for conducting activities, work experience, quality, terms of work, cost, payment terms.
7. This procedure does not constitute a public tender and is not regulated by Articles No. 447-449 of the Part I of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation,
8. This procedure is also not a public auction and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer
9. The attached Contract is not a public offer, however, the terms of the Contract will be binding on the bidder.
