Contract performance security:Предоставление Банковской гарантии при авансе от 10 000 000 руб (БГ от банка вход. в ТОП 100 банков, БГ по шаблону АО "Тандер", срок действия БГ равен всему сроку строительства объекта +60 дней с момента ввода объекта в эксплуатацию или подписания итоговых КС2 и КС3 по инвестиционной программе).
Гарантийная сумма составляет 5 %от стоимости договора, выплачивается генподрядчику через 1год после Акта приема выполненых работ. Данное условие включается в договор, если сумма договора равна или превышает 20 000 000 руб.
Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Please note:
To participate in the tender for construction and reconstruction works of JSC Thander with an area of over 1,500 m2
it is mandatory to be accredited.
The procedure for accreditation is attached in the documentation.
The Company reserves the right not to consider proposals of participants who have submitted but have not passed accreditation according to the requirements of JSC Thander.

1. The order and conditions of payment - in accordance with the conditions specified in the description (name) of lots.
Provision of Bank guarantee in advance from 10 000 000 rubles (BG from the bank enters the TOP 100 banks, BG on the template of JSC "Thunder", the validity period of BG is equal to the entire period of construction of the object +60 days from the moment of commissioning of the facility or signing of the final COP2 and COP3 on the investment program).
The guarantee amount is 5%of the contract price, paid to the general contractor in 1 year after the act of acceptance of performed works. This condition is included in the contract if the amount of the contract is equal to or exceeds 20 000 000 rubles.
2. The warranty period for work performed is not less than 2 years. It is calculated from the moment the object is put into warranty operation.
3. Term of work - no more than 70 calendar days, subject to round-the-clock operation of the facility, without termination of operational activity.
The procedure and schedule of work should be agreed with the customer.
4. The organization must be a member of SRO and have at least 5 people in the staff.
5. Main/profile activity of the organization and experience of works on arrangement (repair) of premises, internal engineering systems and networks (ventilation, power supply, electric lighting, fire safety, automation).
6. The need for accreditation to JSC "Thunder" to consider the results of the tender and further work.
7. Consent to the terms of the contract.
Please note that participation in this tender is possible only when filling out all calculation options! (both lots).
The formation of the value for additional work is carried out on the basis of the estimated calculation according to the GESL, $
performed on the terms of the annex to the contract "Procedure for determining the estimated cost
general construction and special works". Agreed with the customer before the start of work and formalized
supplementary agreement.$

The bidder may repeatedly improve its price offer until the end of submission of bids.
Only one legal entity may participate in the tender procedure from a group of affiliated (related) companies. The other is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for withdrawal from the competition of all affiliated participants.
