Delivery terms:
The List of materials provided by the Customer is given in annex № 3 to the contract. Materials not specified in this application, but necessary for performance of works-delivery of the Contractor.

2. Applications will not be accepted without loaded documentation: Quotation, completed calculation of the contract price, work schedule, offer card, requested documentation of the Executor.
3. Criteria for selecting the best offer: Quality, terms of work, cost, terms of payment, work experience, availability of necessary documents for the conduct of activities:
3.1. Availability of qualified, certified personnel. The Permanent presence of the technical questions on the site. Availability of certificates from the ITR and employees by profession (slings, electricians, welder, responsible for the work of the machinery, etc.);
3.2 Availability of NKS 1 Group of certificates, for employees, performing welding works and NKS 3 groups for linear ITR;
3.3 Presence of existing SRO tolerances to the performed types of work. A Mandatory requirement is the availability of access to work on particularly dangerous objects;
3.4 Mandatory presence of the organization of construction specialists in the state, information on which are included in the National Register of Specialists in the field of construction, taking into account the requirements for the implementation of the AGC on particularly dangerous, technically complex and Unique objects;
3.5 Availability prior to the commencement of work agreed with the Customer of the NDP for the entire range of work in accordance with the terms of the contract;
4. This procedure of request for quotation is not a contest and its holding is not regulated by articles 447-449 of the CIVIL Code of the RUSSIAN Federation;
5. This procedure is also not a public contest and is not regulated by articles 1057-1061 of the CIVIL Code of the RUSSIAN Federation;
Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer
6. The Attached Contract is not a public offer, but the terms of the Contract will be binding on the winner of the bidding.
