2. With a commercial proposal must be sent:
1. a completed proposal card in Excel format, as well as a scan copy certified by the seal and signature of the head; all sheets are required;
2. calculation of the contract price in Excel format (Appendix 1 to TK 435);
3. work schedule in Excel format (Appendix 2 to TK 435);
4. scanned copies of the Contractor’s documentation in accordance with the attached list;
5. scanned copies of qualification certificates for personnel and engineers in accordance with the statement of work, clause 3.1;
6. a scan copy of the extract from the SRO registry for a period of issue no earlier than 30 calendar days in accordance with the ToR of clause 4.1;
7. reviews, recommendations.
9. protocol of disagreements to the contract of the Customer, if any.
8. Criteria for choosing the best offer: availability of necessary documents for conducting activities, qualification certificates for personnel, work experience, quality, terms of work, cost, payment terms.
9. This procedure does not constitute a public tender and is not regulated by Articles No. 447-449 of the Part I of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation,
10. This procedure is also not a public auction and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer
11. The attached Contract is not a public offer, however, the terms of the Contract will be binding on the bidder.
