1. More information about the request is provided in the cover letter.
All proforms of documents are required to be filled out. To participate in the procurement procedure, you must complete and provide:
2.1. Map of the offer and annexto it;
2.2. Applications No.1, 2 to the contract template for the implementation of the SMR:
- Appendix 1 Settlement of the contract price,
- Appendix 2 Work schedule;
2.3. Extract from the register of SRO members on the SMR with permits in accordance with the requirements of TK to perform work on particularly dangerous sites;
2.4. Documentation, employee and ITR certificates (industrial safety (certification in RTN), occupational health, fire and technical minimum, work with GPM, etc., electrical safety tolerance in electrical installations (up to 1000 B);
2.5. Letters of recommendation (if available);
2.6. A package of founding documents:
- Certificate of State Registration (on the assignment of THE OGRN);
- Certificate of tax registration;
- Letter from the Federal Statistical Service on the appropriation of codes;
- The decision of the authorized authority of the legal entity to appoint an executive body;
- Trust for the person to whom the contract will be signed (if necessary);
- The charter of the legal entity (in the last edition with all changes and additions);
- Extract from the Single State Register of Legal Persons, issued by the Russian Federal Tax Service (the statute of limitations of no more than 1 calendar month);
- Accounting (financial) statements for the last reporting year, or for the last reporting period, if the contractor makes interim accounting (financial) statements, with the application of evidence of reporting to the tax office;
- Bank certificate on the movement of funds for the last 3 months;
- Consent to the processing of personal data
- A copy of the passport, insurance certificate of state pension insurance - for individuals.
Offers will not be accepted without loaded documentation (filled with document forms, annexes according to p.2).
The criteria for choosing the best offer: availability of the necessary documents for the performance of work, the terms and cost of services, payment conditions, the availability of work experience.
5. This application request procedure is not a competition and is not regulated by Articles 447-449.1 of the Russian Central Committee;
6. This procedure is also not a public competition and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061.2 of the Russian Central Committee;
Thus, this request-request procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil liability on the Customer.
The Treaty is not a public offer, but the terms of the Treaty will be binding on the bidder.
