Restriction on submission of a bid higher than previously submitted
Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Minimum bid increment/decrement
The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing the total lot price from their previously submitted proposal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:terms of payment according to the requirements of the Rusagro GC: 100% deferred payment within 30 working days from the date of performance of works.
In case of advance payment of more than 1 million rubles the contractor must provide a bank guarantee in the top 10 in accordance with the CBR rating. For confirmation it is necessary to support a letter from the Bank on readiness to provide a bank guarantee for the amount of advance payment.

to participate in the purchase procedure, it is necessary to support the following documents:
1. Commercial proposal on the form of the organization with the following information:
- Term of work performance in calendar days;
- Value in rubles excluding VAT (with the tax system);
- Warranty period;
- Terms of payment (taking into account the requirements of Rusagro GC);
- Acceptable amount of penalties for the week of delay in performance of works
2. Extract from the SRO register
3. staffing table + certificates for the group of Electrical Safety clearance
4. Reference list on similar projects.
5. Accounting balance for the last 2 calendar years.
6. Schedule of work execution
