Restriction on submission of a bid higher than previously submitted
Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Minimum bid increment/decrement
The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing the total lot price from their previously submitted proposal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:terms of payment according to the requirements of the Rusagro GC: 100% deferred payment within 30 working days from the date of performance of works.
In case of advance payment of more than 1 000 000 rubles the contractor must provide a bank guarantee in the top 10 in accordance with the CBR rating. For confirmation it is necessary to support a letter from the Bank on readiness to provide a bank guarantee for the amount of advance payment.

1. Commercial proposal on the form of the organization with the following information:

- Value in rubles excluding VAT (with the tax system);
- Warranty period;
- Terms of payment (taking into account the requirements of Rusagro GC);
- Acceptable amount of penalties for the week of delay in performance of works
2. Extract from the SRO register
3. Staffing
4. Reference list on completed projects according to the template
5. Accounting balance for the last 2 calendar years.
6. Schedule of work execution
7. Detailed estimates according to the VEDOMOSTI-MANDATORY.
