Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:postpayments are made by bank transfer within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to the Buyer's warehouse and on the basis of the received invoice, invoice or UPD.
Delivery terms:whole. Delivery time: 2 weeks. The product is delivered only on euro pallets of a size no more than 180 cm high! According to the design features of the warehouses, unloading machines with a height of less than 120 cm from the ground (-10 cm) is NOT POSSIBLE!

The supplier is selected for 4 months. This procedure for requesting proposals is not an auction or a tender, does not fall within the scope of Articles 447–449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and does not entail legal obligations for the customer to choose the Winner.
