This procedure is not a tender or a public offer and is not regulated by Art. 447-449 and 1057-1061 of the Civil Code. The buyer may cancel the purchase at any time from the date of its announcement, including after the deadline for receipt of applications without imposing liabilities. 4. If the supplier is involved in the auction, he agrees in the case of declaring him the winner to conclude a supply contract in the standard form of OAO "Cordiant" without protocol of disagreements and make delivery under the conditions specified in the announcement of purchse. 5.
