Payment terms:The price includes all transportation and customs costs. Payment is made after delivery of the goods to the Buyer's warehouse, within 60 days
Delivery terms:Delivery of products is carried out by the Supplier's transport (transport company) to the warehouse of PJSC "CHMK"! Shipping costs are included in the product price. Delivery is possible on the terms of DAP – Chelyabinsk (Incoterms 2020).

THE VALIDITY PERIOD OF THE COMMERCIAL OFFER IS AT LEAST 2 MONTHS
1) Presentation of a certificate of conformity or passport for products is mandatory.
In the absence of an attached certificate or dealer agreement for the sale of products, commercial offers will be rejected.
2) Year of production – 2024;
3) Signing of the delivery contract in the standard form of PJSC CHMK.
4) This procedure is not a tender or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447-449 and 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The organizer of the request for proposals has the right to refuse all received proposals, without incurring any material liability to the Bidders.
5) When choosing the winner, the manufacturer of the products and the companies with the dealer certificate have the advantage.
6) If you are an official representative of the manufacturer, attach all documents to B2B. Only manufacturers, trading houses and official dealers are allowed to participate with the support of a dealer certificate and a certificate of conformity for products.
7) Thus, the specified procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to refuse all received Offers for any reason or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability to the Bidders.
