Payment terms:Deferral of payment of not less than 60 calendar days from the date of delivery of the goods to the consignee's warehouse
Delivery terms:Delivery time from 01.01.2020 on 31.12.2020g. (Volume at the buyer). Transportation costs in bringing the goods to the warehouse of the consignee shall be the Supplier.

Comments:
1) The participant must be a user registered in the Trade - procurement system "B2B-Cordiant" http://www.b2b-cordiant.ru on site in accordance with established procedure, have the right participants in the system. Just outside the allowed supply ETP in the format of the offer by e-mail bazhenova@cordiant-omsk.ru.
2) All the prices in the proposal must include all taxes and other mandatory payments, the cost of all associated services, as well as any discounts offered by the supplier.
3) This procedure is not a tender or a public offer and is not subject to Articles 447-449 and 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The buyer may cancel the purchase at any time from the date of its announcement, including after the deadline for bids receipt, incurring no liability.
4) If the supplier is involved in the auction, so he agrees in the case of declaring him the winner to conclude a contract for the supply of the model form of "Cordiant" without protocol differences and make delivery on the terms specified in purchase announcement.
5) Be sure to make an offer indicating the terms of delivery and payment terms.
