Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Payment deferral of not less than 60 calendar days from delivery of the goods to the Consignee's warehouse
Delivery terms:delivery time from 01.12.2018 to 30.11.2019 (volume at buyer's request). Shipping costs for delivery of goods to the consignee's warehouse shall be borne by the supplier.
1) The participant must be a user registered in the trading and purchasing system "B2B-cordiant" on the site http://www.b2b-cordiant.ru in the prescribed manner and possessing the rights of the member of the system.
2) All prices in the offer should include all taxes and other mandatory payments, the cost of all related services, as well as all discounts offered by the supplier.
3) This procedure is not a tender or a public offer and is not subject to Articles 447-449 and 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The buyer may cancel the purchase at any time from the date of its announcement, including after the deadline for bids receipt, incurring no liability.
4) If the supplier participates in the bidding, then he agrees in the case of declaring his winner to conclude a delivery contract on the standard form of JSC "Cordiant" without a protocol of disagreement and to carry out the delivery on the terms specified in the announcement of purchase.
5) Be sure to attach a commercial proposal with the delivery time.
6) The choice of the winner is made for each position separately (positional purchase) on the basis of the minimum prices for the position is possible to purchase the lot at the best prices and conditions.
7) If the winner for any reason refuses to supply a certain position on the price offered for the contest, the buyer has the right to order this position from the supplier, who provided the second cheapness proposal for this position.
