The Buyer makes 100% payment upon the fact of the selected volume of table salt in accordance with the Specification signed by both Parties, which is an integral part of this Agreement, within 10 (ten) calendar days from the date of delivery of the consignment to the Buyer's warehouse and the provision of shipping documents (invoice- invoice, consignment note, product certificate), according to the invoice issued by the Supplier
