Comments: 1. Forms of documents to be prepared and submitted as part of the Offer:
- Commercial offer indicating prices, taking into account delivery, contractual conditions, delivery times, payment terms, price validity periods;
- If the participant is not a manufacturer (certificates of an official dealer, certificate of a general dealer; certificate of an official representative, dealer; original letter from the manufacturer with the authority to sell his products);
- Results of consideration of the Customer's contract.
2. The criteria for evaluating proposals will be:
- compliance of proposals with the technical task (specification) of the Customer (Appendix 1);
- offer price;
- participant status (manufacturer, dealer, supplier with a warehouse);
- coordination of the supply agreement in the form of the Customer.
3. Partial quotation of the lot is allowed.
4. It is allowed to provide analogs of products, if there are technical justifications.
5. This notice is not a tender notice and has no corresponding legal consequences. The customer has the right to refuse all proposals received for any reason or to terminate the request for proposals procedure at any time, without incurring any liability to the participants.
6. The customer reserves the right to adjust the physical volumes of delivery prior to the conclusion of the Agreement and during the period of its validity, as well as additional purchases from the declared volume.
