Payment terms:The Buyer shall pay for the Goods in the amount of 100% (One hundred percent) of the value of the delivered Goods within 20 calendar days from the date of delivery of the Goods, signing of the invoice by the Buyer and receipt of an invoice for payment, by transferring funds to the current account of the Supplier
Payment is made in Russian rubles at the exchange rate of the ruble against the US dollar established by the Central Bank of the Russian Federation (CBR) on the date of write-off of funds from the current account of the Buyer.
Delivery terms:no later than 20 calendar days from the date of signing the Agreement.
Delivery of the Goods is carried out via communication networks by the Supplier to e-mail of the Buyer, documentation containing information on conditions (software keys, codes, passwords, network paths) etc.) access to activate the Product.
