To participate in this trading procedure, applicants must provide:
1. Commercial offer (template attached to the auction).
2. Reference list, in case of lack of experience with GC Rusagro (template attached to the auction).
3. The consent of the taxpayer (payer of insurance contributions) to the recognition of the information constituting a tax secret, to the public and the receipt of the consent of the Federal Tax Service. https://www.nalog.ru/rn68/fl/interest/tax_secrecy/
4. Participation in the tender means the agreement of the participants to sign as annexes to the contract without modification:
- tax clause (attached to the auction);
- consent to disclosure of trade secrets (attached to the auction);
- sanction clause (attached to bidding) .$
The contract template will be used by the winning counterparty, BUT with adjustments Tambov bacon LLC
5. In order to conclude the contract, the participant must provide a full set of statutory documents in accordance with Annex 1 to this tender.
In the absence of a complete package of documents, your application will not be considered.
