Comments:
1) The products must be new, not used.
2) The price includes delivery to the Buyer's warehouse
3) The attitude of your company to products (manufacturer, dealer, manufacturer's representative, etc.) - it is necessary to support supporting documents.
4) The cargo must meet the requirements of GOST 15846-2002 "Products shipped to the regions of the Far North and equivalent areas. Packaging. Marking, transportation and storage" and GOST 14192-96" Cargo Marking".
5) Criteria for choosing the best offer: quality, delivery time, cost, terms of payment, work experience;
6) This procedure does not constitute a public tender and is not regulated by Articles No. 447-449 of the Part I of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation,
7) This procedure is also not a public auction and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer.
8) Each package with the Goods, as well as each package, must include / attach a packing list.
9) It is imperative to upload the TCH certified by the signature of the manager and the seal indicating all the requested delivery terms.
