Delivery terms:
Delivery of material values will be carried out in stages, according to the needs of the buyer. The specification is signed for the entire volume expected to be purchased before March 31, 2020, but can be adjusted both upwards and downwards of the volume or abandonment of this item by conclusion of an additional agreement to the contract of delivery. Comments: The right to conclude a contract for the supply of metal products in the assortment according to the attached list. Sampling of the TMC will take place as production necessity from September to December inclusive. The expected list is of informative nature, the number of procured TMCs may vary by total quantity according to the result at the end of March 2020, depending on the production necessity.

To their proposals in electronic form, participants of this procedure MUST attach the applicant's Questionnaire and documents according to the list at the same time as submitting the proposal and file in the form of a scanned copy of its commercial offer signed by the authorized person and certified by the seal of the participating organization. In case a participant fails to comply with this requirement bidding organizer has the right not to consider such participant's proposal.
Proposals validity period - 30 days at least.
3. Supplier shall be either product manufacturer, or official dealer of the manufacturer or a distributor (participant shall provide the confirming documents together with the commercial proposal).
4. Products cost shall be fixed for the entire delivery period (written confirmation).
5. The presence of certificates, quality passports and labeling at shipment is mandatory
