This trade procedure does not constitute an auction or tender, does not fall under Article 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and does not entail the Customer's legal obligation to choose a supplier.

Provide the following documents when concluding the contract.

For Russian legal entities:
- Articles of Association (as amended)
- Certificate of State Registration of Legal Person
- Certificate of entry to the EGRUL of a legal entity registered before July 1, 2002 ,
- Certificate of registration with the tax authority,
- Power of attorney (if the signatory is not the head of the legal entity)
- Protocol (Decision) on the election of a sole executive body,
- Extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (USRUL) (validity period 1 month)
- Balance Sheet (Form No. 1) for the most recent reporting period (if applicable)
- Statement of Financial Results (Form No. 2) (if applicable),
- VAT return for the last reporting (tax) period*,
- Income tax return for the last reporting (tax) period*,
- MES License. SRO for design (for APS and SSE).

For sole traders:
- Passport,
- Certificate of state registration of an individual as a sole proprietor,
- Certificate of registration with the tax authority,
- Extract from the Unified State Register of Individual Entrepreneurs (EGRIP) (1 month validity),
- Power of attorney (if the signatory is not a sole proprietor),
- VAT return for the last reporting (tax) period* or proof of application of the Simplified Tax System,
- Income tax return for the last reporting (tax) period*
- Ministry of Emergency Situations, SRO Design License (for APS and SSE).

* - Instead of tax returns, you can provide:
- No tax debt certificate issued by the tax authority or
- A letter guaranteeing the payment of taxes to the budget, signed by the sole executive and the counterparty's stamp.
