1. To participate in the request please prepare:
- the offer, in accordance with the requirements of the technical specifications (section 6),
- fill in application No. 1-3 to technical specifications,
- fill in the form according to the attached template.

2. When submitting proposals for the site, the total cost of the project (detail should be reflected in the attached IP).

3. This procedure is not a competition, it is not governed by articles 447-449 of part one of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This procedure is also not public competition and is not governed by articles 1057-1061, part two of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
