Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing the total lot price from their previously submitted proposal.

If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Recommended conditions of Rusagro Group of Companies 100% deferred payment within 40 calendar days. If the amount of advance payments exceeds 1,000,000 rubles, the supplier must provide a bank guarantee for the return of advance payments from the top-10 bank according to the rating of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation.
