Payment terms:the Buyer pays for the Goods within 14 calendar days after delivery of the Goods and signing of the consignment notes by means of transfer of funds to the account of the Supplier.

Payment is made by transferring funds to the account of the Supplier in accordance with the bank requisites specified in the Agreement. Payment date is the date of debiting the funds from the correspondent account of the Buyer's bank
