Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Ranking of bids

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Please note that participation in this tender is possible only when filling all calculation options!

Please note:
1. Terms and conditions of payment - in accordance with the terms specified in the description (name) of lots.
2. Provision of a Bank guarantee with advance from RUB 10,000,000. (BG from the bank entrance to TOP 100 banks, BG according to the template of JSC "Tander", the validity period of the BG equals the entire construction period of the object +60 days from the moment of commissioning of the object into operation or signing of the final COP2 and COP3 on the Investment Programme).
3. The guarantee amount is 5% of the value of the contract, is paid to the general contractor 1 year after the Act of Reception of the performed works. This condition is included in the contract if the amount of the contract is equal to or exceeds 20 000 000 rubles.
4. Warranty period for the completed works - 12 months.
5. "The period of production of works - 30 calendar days.
The procedure and schedule of production of works should be coordinated with the customer. "
6. In the dismantling of internal utilities and systems, it is necessary to arrange actual placement schemes with links on the plan of utility networks and equipment for subsequent installation utilities and equipment.$ When mounting these schemes are agreed with the Customer.
7. The organization must be a member of the SRO, have tolerances to the work produced, have at least 5 people of the ITR

9. Necessity of accreditation in JSC "Tander" for consideration of the results of the tender and further carrying out works

Only one legal entity can participate in the competition procedure from a group of affiliated companies (related). The other is regarded as a restriction of competition and is grounds for removing all affiliated participants from the competition.
