we would like to draw your attention to the fact that the conclusion of contractual relations occurs only with companies that have passed the accreditation procedure for METALLOINVEST Group of Companies, accreditation No. 178. The accreditation procedure is free, you can bid at the following link:

No later than the bid deadline (the time of the end of the competition) accreditation must be obtained, otherwise your proposal will not be considered when summing up.

When placing an bid for participation in the procurement procedure, we ask you to attach a technical and commercial proposal on letterhead (optional specification in Excel format) containing the cost with VAT, terms and time of delivery and payment; warranty obligations and other information.

Criteria for choosing the best offer: cost, delivery time, payment terms, contract in the form of the buyer.

All questions and requests for clarifications on the bid should be placed in the "Clarifications" section of the E-Marketplaces.

We draw your attention to the fact that this request is not a Bid Notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Art 447-449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, art. 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
