Payment terms:Deferral of payment 60 calendar days from the date of delivery of the goods to the Buyer's warehouse
Delivery terms:Delivery in batches at the bid of the Buyer, indicating the quantity and size range in the period from February to July 2024. Delivery within 14 calendar days from the date of signing the contract, specification and receipt of the bid. Delivery to the Buyer's warehouse. The presence of a certificate (declaration) is mandatory.

Comments:
1. Overalls, safety shoes and personal protective equipment are accepted for delivery after providing samples and certificates for approval and after passing tests at Guryevsk-Steel LLC, except for cases when the samples were previously agreed and tested. Samples are provided within 5 working days after the bid deadline.

2. This notice is not a Bid Notice and has no relevant legal consequences. The Customer has the right to refuse all received offers for any reason or to terminate the open request for proposals procedure at any time, without incurring any liability to suppliers.
3. The winner of the request for proposals will be the Bidder who has proposed in aggregate the best technical and economic conditions in accordance with this notification. A certificate is required
4. The contract based on the results of the request for proposals, in case the winner is determined, will be concluded within 30 (thirty) days from the date of signing the protocol to determine the winner of the price request.
5. After the competitive bidding process ends in the b2b System, Bidders submit an offer with the latest price electronically by e-mail: O.N.Pantyuhina@gmz.kuzbass.net within 1 (one) business day from the end of the submission of proposals. In case of violation of this requirement, all proposals of such a Bidder may be rejected by the Procurement Commission without consideration on the merits.
For counterparties who have previously registered in the System, but have not received E-Signature and have not paid for participation in the System, it is possible to upload proposals by the organizer of the request for proposals on behalf of the counterparty. To do this, three documents are required:
- An offer (commercial offer) certified by the signature of an authorized person and the seal of the organization;
- A document establishing the right to perform actions on behalf of the counterparty (for example, a power of attorney);
- A letter of waiver of further claims due to the fact that the offer is submitted at the competitive bidding process not by the Bidder himself (in free form on the company's letterhead with the signature of an authorized person).
A mandatory condition for providing a file with documents in the price request confirming the status of the Bidder: manufacturer or dealer.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.

Обоснование: 1. Принять предложение по всем позициям ООО "Текстиль-Стандарт" общей стоимостью 980 000,00 руб. (без НДС) на условиях: отсрочка платежа 60 календарных дней, поставка партиями в период с февраля по июнь 2024 г. в течение 14 календарных дней после получения заявки от Покупателя, доставка до склада Покупателя за счет Поставщика.
2. Отклонить предложения по наименьшей цене ООО "ТК "Элитспецобувь" по позициям №№ 3, 4; ООО "ЦЕНТР СПЕЦОДЕЖДЫ" по позиции № 2; ООО "СПЕЦАТЛАНТ" по позиции № 4, ООО ПФ "Лель" по позиции № 4; ООО "СИЗОПТОРГ" по позиции № 4 по причине отсутствия образца спецобуви или несоответствия образца заявленным требованиям и решения Комиссии по рассмотрению образцов с выбором единого поставщика по всем позициям.
