Payment terms:Within 60 calendar days upon delivery to the Buyer's warehouse. Price without VAT and with TZR.
Delivery terms:Delivery in batches at the request of the Buyer indicating the quantity and size range, from January to December 2020. Delivery of the first batch within 14 calendar days from the date of signing of the specification and receipt of the application. Delivery to the buyer's warehouse. A certificate is required.

Comments:
1. Overalls, safety shoes and personal protective equipment are accepted for delivery after the samples and certificates have been provided for approval and after passing tests at GMZ OJSC, unless the samples have been previously agreed upon and passed the tests. Samples should be provided within 5 business days after the application deadline. Dimensions and quantity will be agreed immediately before delivery.

2. This notice is not a notice of the competition and does not have the corresponding legal consequences. The customer has the right to refuse all proposals received for any reason or to terminate the open request for proposals at any time, without bearing any responsibility to suppliers.

3. The winner of the request for proposals will be the participant who has proposed the best technical and economic conditions in accordance with this notice.

4. The contract based on the results of the request for proposals, in the case of determining the winner, will be concluded within 30 (thirty) days from the date of signing the protocol for determining the winner of the request for quotations.

5. After the end of trading in the b2b-Mechel System, participants submit an offer with the latest price in electronic form by e-mail: ONPantyuhina@gmz.kuzbass.net within 1 (one) business day from the end of the submission of proposals. In case of violation of this requirement, all proposals of such a participant may be rejected by the Purchasing Commission without consideration on the merits.
For contractors who have previously registered in the System, but have not received an EDS and have not paid for participation in the System, it is possible to download proposals by the organizer of a request for proposals on behalf of the counterparty. For this, three documents are required:
- An offer (commercial offer), certified by the signature of an authorized person and the seal of the organization;
- A document establishing the right to take action on behalf of the counterparty (for example, a power of attorney);
- A letter refusing further claims on the occasion that the offer is not submitted at the auction by the Bidder itself (in free form on the company letterhead signed by an authorized person).
A prerequisite for the provision of a file with documents in the price request confirming the status of the participant: manufacturer or dealer.

3. ООО "ТД "Кузнецкий Альянс" по позициям №№ 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 11, 12, 17, 18 общей стоимостью 1 428 651,70 руб. 4.
