Payment terms:
Within 60 calendar days upon delivery to the Buyer's warehouse. Price without VAT and with TZR.
Delivery terms:
Delivery in batches at the request of the Buyer indicating the quantity and size range in the period from January to December 2021. Delivery of the first batch within 14 calendar days from the date of signing the specification and receiving the application. Delivery to the buyer's warehouse. A certificate is required.
Comments: 1. Overalls, safety footwear and PPE are accepted for delivery after providing samples and certificates for approval and after passing tests at JSC "GMZ", except for cases when the samples were previously agreed upon and tested. Samples should be provided within 5 working days after the end of applications. Sizes and quantities will be agreed upon prior to delivery.
2. This notice is not a tender notice and has no corresponding legal consequences. The customer has the right to refuse all received offers for any reason or to terminate the open request for proposals at any time, without incurring any liability to suppliers.
3. The winner of the request for proposals will be selected the participant who proposed in the aggregate the best technical and economic conditions in accordance with this notice.
4. The contract based on the results of the request for proposal, in case of determining the winner, will be concluded within 30 (thirty) days from the moment of signing the protocol for determining the winner of the request for quotations.
5. After the end of trading in the b2b System, participants submit an offer with the last price in electronic form to the e-mail: ONPantyuhina@gmz.kuzbass.net within 1 (one) business day from the end of the submission of offers. In case of violation of this requirement, all proposals of such a participant may be rejected by the Procurement Commission without consideration on the merits.
For counterparties who pre-registered in the System, but did not receive an EDS and did not pay for participation in the System, it is possible to upload proposals by the organizer of the request for proposals on behalf of the counterparty. For this, three documents are required:
- Offer (commercial proposal), certified by the signature of an authorized person and the seal of the organization;
- A document establishing the right to act on behalf of the counterparty (for example, a power of attorney);
- A letter refusing further claims due to the fact that the offer is not submitted at the auction by the Participant (in free form on the company's letterhead with the signature of an authorized person).
A prerequisite for providing a file with documents in the request for prices, confirming the status of the participant: manufacturer or dealer.
