Payment terms:
Advance payment is not provided. Payment upon receipt of products at the consignee's warehouse within 30 working days from the date of delivery and the provision of originals of invoices, consignment notes, copies of bills of lading with the recipient's mark.

The validity period of the supplier's offer is at least 90 days.
The items show the approximate annual requirement.
Prices for each item (unit of production) are fixed until December 31, 2021.
Delivery terms:
The Goods are delivered in quarterly batches from the moment of the conclusion of the contract, within 14 (fourteen) working days from the moment the Customer submits the Application for the supply of the batch of Goods.
Comments: 1. Please ask all questions about the procedure using the ETP functionality (requests for clarification).
2. Before the envelopes are opened, the participants of this procedure MUST attach the Bidder's Questionnaire and documents according to the questionnaire to their proposals in electronic form simultaneously with the submission of the proposal and a file in the form of a scanned copy of their commercial proposal signed by an authorized person and certified by the seal of the organization participating in this procedure. In case of non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment by a participant of the procedure of this requirement, the organizer of the procedure reserves the right not to consider the proposal of this participant.
3. The cost of products must be constant for the entire period of delivery (written confirmation).
4. The volume of supplied products can increase in one direction or another.
Note: this request for proposals is not a tender notice (public tender) or a public offer and is not governed by Art. 447 - 449, part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057 - 1061 part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, the specified procedure does not impose on the Organizer an appropriate volume of civil and legal obligations and reserves the right to refuse all received Proposals for any reason or terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability to the Participants.
