Payment terms:
Priority option of the payment procedure: "Payment is made by the Customer within 60 (sixty) calendar days after the delivery of goods and materials / signing of acts of completion. Other payment options are being considered, the assessment of which will be given in conjunction with other terms of delivery / performance of work (total cost, terms, etc.) ".
Delivery terms:
Upon completion of the work, the contractor, in paper and electronic form, submits documents drawn up in accordance with Federal Law No. 426-FZ dated 28.12.2013 "On special assessment of working conditions":
1) information about the organization that conducts a special assessment of working conditions, with the attachment of copies of documents confirming its compliance with the requirements established by Federal Law No. 426-FZ dated 28.12.2013 "On special assessment of working conditions";
2) a list of workplaces where a special assessment of working conditions was carried out, indicating the harmful and (or) hazardous factors that are identified at these workplaces;
3) cards of a special assessment of working conditions, containing information about the organization established by an expert that conducts a special assessment of working conditions, class (subclass) of working conditions at specific workplaces;
4) protocols of research (testing) and measurements of identified harmful and (or) hazardous production factors;
5) summary sheet of special assessment of working conditions;
6) a list of measures to improve the working conditions and safety of workers, at whose workplaces a special assessment of working conditions was carried out;
7) expert opinion of the organization conducting a special assessment of working conditions;
8) certificate of completion.
The act of completed work on a special assessment of working conditions is signed by the Customer after receiving the above documentation from the Contractor. The ownership of the result of the work performed passes to the Customer from the moment the parties sign the work acceptance certificate.
Cards for a special assessment of working conditions, protocols of measurements and assessments, drafts of final documents on the procedure for a special assessment of working conditions must be drawn up in accordance with Federal Law No. 426-FZ of 28.12.2013 "On Special Assessment of Working Conditions".
Turnaround time:
1. Start of work: from the date of conclusion of the contract.
2. Terms of issuance of the results of a special assessment of working conditions: no later than 15.11.

Comments: The contractor is obliged to perform the work on his own. Involvement of third parties is allowed only with the prior written permission of the Customer.

In the event that tax reporting is absent or does not allow with a sufficient degree of confidence to be convinced of the good faith of the Contractor, the Customer has the right to request other documents confirming the possibility of the Contractor's independent performance of work, including, but not limited to: an extract from the staffing table with copies of the employment contracts of the persons involved for the performance of work, information on the ownership or lease: office, warehouse, industrial premises, equipment / tools / mechanisms, vehicles.
If the specified documents are not provided, the Customer has the right to reject the offer (offer).
We draw your attention to the fact that this request is not a notice of a competition (public competition) or a public offer and is not governed by Art. 447-449, part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057 - 1061 h. 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus. this procedure does not impose on the Organizer an appropriate volume of civil legal obligations and reserves the right to refuse all received Proposals for any reason or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability to the Participants.
