Possibility of bid submission in a different currency
When applying, bidders can choose a currency different from the one stated for the procedure. For the purposes of bids evaluation, the prices provided in other currencies will be converted based on the official currency rate of the Russian Central Bank as of the date of publication of a call for bids.

Payment terms:Payment for the goods is made by the Customer within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of delivery and signing by the parties of the consignment note on the basis of the invoice and invoice issued by the Supplier by transferring funds to the account of the Supplier.
The participant has the right to make an alternative proposal for payment terms.
Delivery terms:To the Customer's warehouse, in batches in accordance with the Customer's application.
Delivery is carried out by forces and at the expense of the supplier and is made exclusively during the opening hours of the Customer, delivery at other times must be separately agreed with the Customer.
The supplier must be able to deliver at least 20% of the declared volume within 5 working days.

Comments:
The "quantity" field indicates the average annual consumption of this material. The quantity is not fixed and is calculated based on the most recent years of consumption. On average, 6-8 deliveries during the specified period.
Appendix # 3 is attached for information and optional filling.
By participating in the procedure, the supplier agrees to all the terms of the procedure specified in the annexes, or offers its own terms.
The choice of the winner is carried out according to the criteria specified in the appendices.
The organizer has the right to refuse to clarify the terms of the procedure.
The participant must complete and sign Appendix # 2 and attach all requested documents.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
