Payment terms:Payment is made monthly to the 15 (fifteenth) date in the amount of 100% of the amount of the goods supplied in the period from 20 (20th) day of the month on 20 (twentieth) last month, on the basis of a signed Buyer ( Consignee) overhead Torg-12 or UPD
Delivery terms:The costs of products transportation to the Сonsignee's warehouse shall be paid by the Supplier.

Comments:
1. The participant must be a user registered in the trade and procurement system B2B-Kordiant "on http://www.b2b-cordiant.ru in the established order and possessing rights of Party System.
2. This procedure is not a competition or a public offer and is not governed by art. 447-449 and 1057-1061 CIVIL CODE. The buyer has the right to abandon the purchase at any time from the date of its announcement, including after the end of the deadline without imposition of liability.
3. If the supplier accepts the bid, it agrees in case of declaring the winner to conclude a contract for the supply and storage agreement on standard layout of JSC «Kordiant» without disagreements and to deliver on the terms specified in the announcement of the purchase.
4. All prices in the proposal should include all taxes and other obligatory payments, the cost of all related services, as well as all of the discounts offered by the provider.
5. Please note photo samples purchasing clothing is at attached files, overalls should match the attached samples, restyling is not allowed.
6. Working clothes shall be delivery after giving samples (up to 30.10.2017 g) for approval and after passing tests on the production of JSC "Kordiant".
7. Price remains fixed for each of the positions and does not depend on the size of the overalls. All products must be in strict compliance with the stated Standards and delivered in accordance with the stated dimension number.
8. the attached file with information about the planned volume purchases in the year 2018 is approximate and may be adjusted during the year 2018.
9. Term of delivery-01.04.2018-31.03.2019 g.
