Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Payment of 100 % (one hundred percent) of the Total cost of the corresponding batch of Goods within 20 banking days from the date of delivery of the corresponding batch of Goods (from the date of signing the consignment note without comments), and the provision of an invoice.
Delivery terms:By delivery to the buyer's warehouse, according to the specified details. The delivery date of the corresponding batch of goods is the date when the Supplier transfers the entire batch of goods to the Buyer in the Buyer's warehouse. Taking into account the fact of further transportation of Goods to the regions of the Far North to the Object, the packaging of the cargo arriving in the container must ensure the safety of the cargo during its transportation, storage (accumulation) and cargo processing. The cargo must meet the requirements of GOST 15846-2002 and GOST 14192-96.

Comments:
1. It is necessary to load the KP in the form of Polymetal in EXCEL with an indication of all the requested delivery conditions in the attached form see purchase documentation;

2. In the KP, it is MANDATORY to register the FULL AND EXACT NAME OF THE PRODUCT WITH ALL THE CHARACTERISTICS and attach the appropriate PHOTOS;

3. Be sure to fill in additional fields, excluding the wording6 " in the KP";

4. In the cost of the goods, it is necessary to take into account the packaging and labeling according to GOST 15846-2002 and GOST 14192-96 " Products sent to the regions of the far north and equivalent areas. Packaging, labeling, transportation and storage";

5. The KP must be accompanied by certificates of conformity, a passport, a document confirming the quality, a safety data sheet, a certificate for packaging;

6. Before shipping, provide a photo of the packed goods, each place must be marked with a packing list according to the Buyer's form;

7. The products must be new, not used, and manufactured no earlier than 6 months from the date of issuing the CP;

Criteria for selecting the best offer: lowest cost, quality, delivery time, cost, payment terms, work experience, agreement with the contract.
This procedure for requesting an offer is not a competition and its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447-449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
This procedure is also not a public tender and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
Thus, this request for proposal procedure does not impose on the Customer the corresponding amount of civil obligations
