Mandatory conditions for spacecraft: (adjusted if necessary)
Payment terms - deferral of 60 calendar days
Warranty - according to the standard contract (attach), unless otherwise specified in the TK
CA's consent to sign the standard form of the contract (in the attachment)
Preservation of price when dividing volume between participants
Availability of the required fabric in production
Delivery of products according to the TX specified in the TK
Provision of certificates and necessary documentation for supplies to the site
The name of the item in the shipping documents must be strictly the same as that of the customer

Other requirements and clarifications (adds the initiator if necessary):
"In connection with the need, a tender is being held for the supply of overalls for employees of the ATP in 2020.
The tender is held on the condition of delivery by forces and at the expense of the supplier to the ATP.
Suppliers need to provide - a list of documents (list in the attachment to the competition)

Participation is free
EDS is not required
The procurement participant can repeatedly improve his price offer until the end of the submission of bids.
Only one legal entity can participate in the tender procedure from a group of affiliated (related) companies. Otherwise, it is considered as restriction of competition and is the basis for the withdrawal from the competition of all affiliated participants.
