Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.
Assignment of the 1st rank (position) to a bid does not imply the bidder's winning, but enhances the bid's preferability for the Buyer when selecting the winner, all other factors being equal.

Auto-extension

The buyer, if necessary (change in volume requirements), has the right to reduce / increase unilaterally (according to Art. 450 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation) the amount of equipment by 30% (both upward and downward).

"In connection with the need, a tender is being held for the supply of Overalls for employees of Hypermarkets (GM) for 2020.
Terms of delivery of goods: delivery by forces and at the expense of the supplier to all specified Hypermarkets (a list with a breakdown by GM and size is attached to the competition).
Orders are placed according to the needs of the buyer, in batches during the period of cooperation.
Prerequisite: sample testing before signing the contract. "

The procurement participant can repeatedly improve his price offer until the end of the submission of bids.
Only one legal entity can participate in the tender procedure from a group of affiliated (related) companies. Otherwise, it is considered as restriction of competition and is the basis for the withdrawal from the competition of all affiliated participants.
