Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Payment is made on 60 calendar day after the end of the month in which the delivery took place.
Delivery terms:The products are delivered by road to the Buyer's warehouse (LUKOIL-AIK LLC 174 km of Surgut-Novy Urengoy highway).
The equipment is accompanied by all necessary documents according to the list specified by the delivery agreement.
Mandatory downloadable electronic documents:
1. Scanned copy of the offer with prices, terms and conditions of delivery;
2. List of articles of incorporation (attached list);
3. Accompanying documentation: Certificate of Conformity, Permit for Use, Product Passport (or Passport Sample), Operating Instructions
All documentation must be certified by an authorized representative and sealed by the company.

Submitting an offer by a participant means compliance with all the product and documentation requirements specified in the request, as well as unconditional consent to the terms of the contract and specification.

The winner of the competition procedure is determined, subject to agreement to sign the model contract without a record of disagreement, according to the following criteria:
1. Minimum price
2. Optimal delivery time
3. Compliance with requested requirements.

1. The Organizer's attention will be paid to suppliers with experience in supplying these products.
2. Submitting an offer from a participant means meeting all of the product range requirements specified in the request, as well as unconditional acceptance of the contract and specification.
3. All products must be new
6. The cost of the product must be constant for the entire delivery period.
7. Conformity certificate, quality certificate and/or product certificate is provided at the same time as product delivery.

This solicitation procedure is not a competition and is not governed by articles 447-449 of Part One of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This procedure is also not a public competition and is not governed by articles 1057-1061 of Part Two of the Russian Civil Code. Thus, this solicitation procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil liability on the customer.

This price request is not an offer (public offer) by the promoter. The Promoter has the right to refuse to conduct the purchase at any time from the date of its announcement, including after the deadline for applications.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
