Payment terms:Оплата за поставленный Товар осуществляется в следующем порядке :
-предоплата в размере 30% от цены договора перечисляется Покупателем на счет Поставщика в течение 30 календарных дней с даты подписания Договора и получения Покупателем счета, выставленного Поставщиком.
-остальные 70 % от стоимости договора выплачиваются в течение 30 календарных дней с даты подписания товарной накладной, на основании счета-фактуры, выставленного Поставщиком.
Delivery terms:Доставка Товара производится Поставщиком (транспортом Поставщика, за его счет) на склад Покупателя, расположенный по адресу: Амурская область, Бурейский район, поселок Талакан, при этом Покупатель обязан обеспечить выгрузку Товара по прибытию транспорта Поставщика.
Срок поставки Товара: с 15.02.2011г. по 31.12.2011 г.
