Auto-extension

Samples should be provided by September 24, 2020. Ufa, Zelenaya Roscha 35.

The period of validity of the TCH (price) must be valid for at least 180 calendar days.

The price must include delivery to the site.
Inventories must be certified.
1. Please, submit any questions concerning the bidding procedure via e-marketplace functionality ("Request for Clarifications").
2. The participants of this procedure MUST attach the Bidder's Questionnaire and documents according to the questionnaire to their proposals in electronic form, before opening the envelopes, simultaneously with the submission of the proposal and a file in the form of a scanned copy of their commercial proposal, signed by an authorized person and certified by the seal of the organization participating in this procedure. In case a participant fails to comply with this requirement bidding organizer has the right not to consider such participant's proposal.
3. Supplier shall be either product manufacturer, or official dealer of the manufacturer or a distributor (participant shall provide the confirming documents together with the commercial proposal).
4. Products cost shall be fixed for the entire delivery period (written confirmation).


Note: this request for proposals is not a tender notice (public tender) or a public offer and is not governed by Art. 447 - 449, part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057 - 1061 h. 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer, and the Organizer reserves the right to refuse all the proposals received for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, incurring no liability before the participants.
PJSC "AK VNZM" reserves the right not to inform the participants of the procedure about its results, except for the winner, to cancel the request or its results, and also to exclude any of the participants in the request without giving a reason. Submission of a technical and commercial proposal implies acceptance of the terms of the request.
