Payment terms:

2. The participants of this procedure MUST attach the Bidder's Questionnaire and documents according to the questionnaire to their proposals in electronic form, before opening the envelopes, simultaneously with the submission of the proposal and a file in the form of a scanned copy of their commercial proposal, signed by an authorized person and certified by the seal of the organization participating in this procedure. In case of a Bidder's non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment of this requirement, the Organizer shall reserve the right not to consider the proposal of such Bidder.
3. The supplier of the products must be the manufacturer, or the official dealer of the manufacturer, or the distributor (the participant provides supporting documents simultaneously with the commercial offer).
4. The cost of products must be constant for the entire period of delivery (written confirmation).
Note: this request for proposals is not a tender notice (public tender) or a public offer and is not governed by Art. 447 - 449 part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057 - 1061 h. 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose on the Organizer an appropriate volume of civil legal obligations and reserves the right to refuse all received Proposals for any reason or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability to the Participants.
PJSC "AK VNZM" reserves the right not to inform the participants of the procedure about its results, with the exception of the winner, to cancel the request or its results, and also to exclude any of the participants in the request without giving a reason. Submission of a technical and commercial proposal implies acceptance of the terms of the request.
