1. Необходимо заполнить КП и приложить необходимые сертификаты и декларации на товар.
2. Закупаемый товар должен строго соответствовать требованиям документации.
3. Допускается отправка коммерческого предложения на электронную почту организатора закупки до окончания подачи заявок - e.esina@a-don.ru
4. Запрос цен не является конкурсом, и его проведение не регулируется статьями 447—449 части первой Гражданского кодекса Российской Федерации. Данная процедура запроса цен также не является публичным конкурсом и не регулируется статьями 1057—1061 части второй Гражданского кодекса Российской Федерации. Таким образом, данная процедура запроса цен не накладывает на Заказчика соответствующего объема гражданско-правовых обязательств.
