Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Comments:
1. Forms of documents to be prepared and submitted as part of the Proposal
- A commercial proposal indicating prices taking into account delivery, contractual terms, delivery dates, payment terms, and price validity periods;
- If the participant is not a manufacturer, certificates of an official dealer / distributor;
2. The criteria for evaluating proposals will be:
- bid price;
- deferred payment;
- participant status (manufacturer, dealer, supplier with warehouse);
- readiness to conclude a contract as amended by the Customer.
3. This notice is not a notice of the competition and does not have the corresponding legal consequences. The customer has the right to refuse all proposals received for any reason or to terminate the request for proposals at any time without incurring any responsibility to the participants.
4. The customer reserves the right to adjust the physical delivery volumes until the conclusion of the Agreement and during its validity, as well as additional purchases of the declared volume.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
