Minimum bid increment/decrement
The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:payment for the goods is made after receipt of the goods and the original documents (invoices, TORG-12 consignment notes, transport invoices) within 60-90 calendar days, by transferring money to the Supplier’s bank account by bank transfer. Price fixing until 12/31/2020.
Delivery terms:the goods are delivered in full or in parts in separate lots during 2020 by road and at the expense of the Supplier to the warehouse located at: Russian Federation, Republic of Tatarstan, Almetyevsk, ul. Surgut, d. 17, building 1.
