Payment terms:100% post-payment: payment within 14 calendar days from the date of acceptance of the goods. Prices must be indicated taking into account all transportation costs to the Buyer.
Delivery terms:Shipment of goods no later than 30 days from the date of signing the Contract.

Comments:
The right to conclude a contract for the supply of workwear after passing accreditation with the Customer.
1. The product must be new (not used).
2. The request specifies the addresses and quantities of required items, as well as quality requirements.
3. Prior to the conclusion of the contract, the provision of control samples is mandatory.
4. The KP application is mandatory.
5. Compliance with the requirements of the TOR

This procedure is not a competition, its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447 – 449 of Part one of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This procedure is also not a public competition and is not regulated by Articles 1057 – 1061 of Part Two of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer.
