Comments:
1. All questions regarding the procedure, please ask using functional ETP (requests for clarification).
2. To their proposals electronically to participants of this procedure until the opening attach REQUEST applicant and documents according to the APPLICATION simultaneously with the proposals and the file as scanned copies of my commercial listings (including timelines), signed and stamped by the authorized person of the Organization of the party in this procedure (form attached). In the event of failure or improper execution of this procedure a party Organizer procedure reserves the right not to consider the proposal of the party.
3. Delivery time to 25.04.2018 g.
4. Place of delivery: UFA, Jubilee 16/1, base of LLC "SMU-4"
5. Delivery terms: delivery is carried out by and at the expense of the supplier in the warehouse of the buyer according to the lot. The costs of transportation to allocate a separate line.
To provide upon request for proposals:
- Map partner;
- Application form (form No. 1);
- Quotation (form No. 2);
- HPI Certificate;
- Bookkeeper for 2015-2017;
- VAT declaration for 2017 g.
- Documents certifying the quality of products.
- Letter of guarantee the unconditional signing of the draft Treaty as amended by the buyer.
- A letter stating that an offer is designed in full accordance with the TK or information on proposed alternatives (equivalents).

ALL LOADABLE DOCUMENTS SHOULD BE NAMED IN ACCORDANCE WITH ITS CONTENT


Offer validity suppliers-not less than 30 days.
The products shall be accompanied by certificates of conformity, a passport, a document certifying the quality.
Products must be new, not used.
