Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

The agreement will be concluded with Doronichi Agrofirm JSC and Doronichi-KRS JSC. Preferably in the form of a customer contract. Supply of materials in accordance with applications for legal. persons.

Requirements: marking corresponds to TR TS 019/2011; availability of a certificate for products meeting the requirements of TR TS 019/2011, the presence of a control tape and product label.

Please attach KP indicating its validity. KP d. signed by an authorized person.

This RFP procedure does not constitute an auction or request for tenders, and is not subject to the Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, and does not imply the Customer's legal obligations to choose the supplier.
