Vendor Requirements:
1. Term of activity of the potential supplier-not less than 3 years from the moment of state. Registration of individual entrepreneur/legal entity;
2. Experience of the potential supplier in the appropriate market of goods (works, services)-not less than 2 years or the presence of employees who have the specified experience in this market;
3. Availability of appropriate licenses (if it is required by the current legislation) on delivery of the corresponding goods (services, works). Conformity of supplied goods (works, services) with technical and other requirements, made by the company to goods (works, services);
4. The presence in the staff of a potential supplier of qualified managers and staff with an education and experience in the profile of ongoing purchases;
5. Absence of unfulfilled/executed with significant delay of obligations to customers (more than 30 days);
6. Official confirmed by the supplier consent/disagreement on the conclusion of contracts for the supply of goods (works, services) within the framework of 275-FZ.
7. Absence of connections and/or contacts of the potential supplier, its founders, shareholders with criminal structures;
8. The potential supplier should not be insolvent, be in the process of liquidation, be recognized as insolvent (bankrupt), whose property is seized and (or) the practical activity of which is suspended.

This procedure of request for proposals is not a tender, it is not subject to Articles 447-449, Section 1, Civil Code of the Russian Federation; this procedure is not a public tender, it is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Section 2, Civil Code of the Russian Federation; Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer, and the Organizer reserves the right to refuse all the proposals received for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, incurring no liability before the participants.

1. Indicative annual volume of purchase is indicated.
2. Delivery by batches The delivery date is determined by PJSC "Amz".
3. The quotation must contain:
3.1. The cost of goods calculated by you on the basis of the data set out in the offer for participation, sent to you from PJSC "Amz", without VAT. If the value of the VAT goods is not taxed on this should be made reference. Indication of the minimum price, taking into account customs duties, fees and other obligatory payments;
3.2. Maximum period of price fixing;
3.3. Payment terms;
3.4. Delivery time from the moment of application;
3.5. readiness to work within the framework of 275 FZ;
3.6. Full name of your organization, legal and actual address, in accordance with the founding documents.
