Advance payment is not applicable. Payment deferral of 60 days from delivery and provision of the original copies of accounting documents (tax invoice, TORG-12 consignment note) and copies of quality certificates.

Comments: Bidding for the right to conclude a contract for the supply of materials in accordance with procurement positions. Bidding is conducted to identify a Supplier with a minimum fixed price. The selection of materials will occur from NOVEMBER 2020 to DECEMBER 2021 INCLUSIVE! The list of materials reflected in the lot is for informational purposes only and serves to fix prices per unit of production, but is not required for a complete selection of materials for this procurement procedure. The supplier with the best offer will be required to provide one copy of the suit for testing. If all the terms of delivery are met, a specification will be signed that fixes the cost per unit of production, but not for volume. The purchase is carried out according to Applications on a monthly basis, twice a month, at the beginning and at the end of the month.
The BOM fixes the unit cost, not the volume. Delivery time 5-10 days from the date of signing the Specifications, which indicates the required quantity and nomenclature.
THE APPROXIMATE ANNUAL VOLUME of purchased suits is:
1. Summer suit for workers - 550 pcs. in year
2. Warm suit for workers - 550 pcs. in year
3. Warm suit for locksmith 2 class protection - 500 pcs. in year
4. Insulated suit for welder 3 class protection - 500 pcs. in year
5. Summer suit for electricians - 8 pcs.
6. Winter suit for electricians - 8 pcs.
1. Please, submit any questions concerning the bidding procedure via e-marketplace functionality ("Request for Clarifications").
2. Before opening the envelopes, the participants of this procedure MUST attach to their proposals in electronic form the Bidder's Questionnaire and documents according to the questionnaire simultaneously with the submission of the proposal and a file in the form of a scanned copy of their commercial proposal (indicating the delivery time) signed by an authorized person and certified by the seal of the participating organization this procedure. In case a participant fails to comply with this requirement bidding organizer has the right not to consider such participant's proposal.
Proposals validity period - 30 days at least.
3. Supplier shall be either product manufacturer, or official dealer of the manufacturer or a distributor (participant shall provide the confirming documents together with the commercial proposal).
4. Products cost shall be fixed for the entire delivery period (written confirmation).
Note: This request for proposals is not a tender notice (public tender) or a public offer and is not governed by Art. 447 - 449, part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057 - 1061 h. 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer, and the Organizer reserves the right to refuse all the proposals received for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, incurring no liability before the participants.
