Auto-extension

Comments:
1) The participant must be a user registered in the Trade Procurement System "B2V-Cordiant" on the website http://www.b2b-cordiant.ru in accordance with the established procedure and has the rights of the Participant Systems.
2) All prices in the offer must include all taxes and other mandatory payments, the cost of all related services, and all discounts offered by the supplier.
3) This procedure is not a contest or public offer and is not regulated by Art. 447-449 and 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The buyer has the right to refuse to carry out the purchase at any time from the date of its announcement, including after the deadline for accepting applications without imposition of liability.
4) If the supplier takes part in the bidding, then he agrees to conclude a contract for delivery according to the standard form of JSC "Cordiant" without minutes of disagreement and to carry out delivery on the terms specified in the purchase announcement.
5) Be sure to attach a commercial offer specifying: delivery times, payment terms, warranty life and manufacturer.
