Payment terms:
Recommended form of payment: Payment within 60 calendar days from the date of delivery. Price with delivery, excluding VAT.
Delivery terms:
Delivery to the buyer's warehouse is included in the price of the goods. Delivery period: January 2021 - March 2021, delivery time 15 days from the date of conclusion of the specification.
Comments: When submitting an Application, the Participant is obliged to agree with the terms and edition of the draft agreement. In case of refusal to conclude an agreement on the terms specified in this documentation, the Organizer has the right to cancel the results of the procurement procedure. Conclusion of an agreement in the form of PJSC ChMK, within 14 working days.
